The Commissioner General of the Ghana Revenue Authority, Dr. Ammishaddai Owusu-Amoah, sets the record straight, denying allegations of fleeing the country over the Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited (SML) corruption scandal.

In an exclusive interview with Joy Business during his inspection tour, Dr. Owusu-Amoah addresses the accusations made by MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, emphasizing his commitment to his role and the GRA's duty to generate revenue for economic development.

Amidst claims circulating on social media, Dr. Owusu-Amoah clarifies that his short visit outside the country was pre-planned and unrelated to the ongoing investigations.
